It took them close to 10 min to take our order. This time the bagel wasn’t burnt (🎉) but the coffee was extremely burnt, tried to add 4 pcs (!!) of sugar over a DD but it did not help.
They decided that the drive through is more important than the walk ins 🤷♂️

Absolutely stunning!!
The tasting is relaxed and in a gorgeous, cozy atmosphere. I would go back JUST for that alone, BUT the story of the vineyard and the wine itself is wonderful too!!
Our hosts, Jackie and Trevor, made it extra enjoyable as well. Jackie greeted us warmly and ensured we were ushered in out of the heat. Trevor told the tales and offered the samples making our whole experience a real pleasure!!
Looking forward to going back sometime soon!!

We are visiting from out of town and the crew decided that we wanted to try out the scenic sip wine tour in lake country. I’m an Italian that doesn’t care for wine……I know 🙄🤔!!
I still participated and chose to drink and rate the wineries!! Of the 8 scenic sip wineries Ex Nihilo is 10/10!! They have the best ambience, inviting sit down wine tasting, educational history, Adrienne was our wine expert and she was stellar!! I’d love to go back and have lunch there. There ice wine came home with me:). We will be back

My bf and I came here yesterday for a wine tasting. It’s a beautiful property and the tasting area was thoughtfully covered so you did not necessarily die in the scorching sun!
For the tasting, you get two whites and two reds. My bf and I really liked the reds, but what made our experience so memorable was our server Donna!! She was absolutely amazing and so funny! I wish we could have spent more time talking to her, but this is even more reason to come back again when she’s working!
Donna if you are reading this, we left you something at the front desk 🙂

Super nice family-run orchard with lots of cherries, plums, apricots, etc. We are in luck as cherries are still abundant today, with other fruits coming later. They use fertilizers from their own farm animals so they fruits are healthy and nutritious. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful.
Very clean and organized farm and U-Pick process. They have basket and bags ready for you (free of charge!) and ladder.
Their shop has a great selection of ice cream, drinks, bakery items, fresh fruits and veggies. There’s also a nice shady covered area for you to sit and relax. Good clean toilet. If they have more shade in the parking area I’d be over the moon but that’s too much to ask for lol.
Overall a wonderful experience. My son really enjoys cherry picking and watching the animals (and of course the cotton candy ice cream!)
Definitely worth a visit!

Pricey ($4 / lb for cherries) but the farm is very well kept and organized. Cherries were of really good quality. A good experience but probably not a place I’d go to if I was picking a ton of fruit.

This place was the sixth stop of seven wineries on our wine tour.
O’Rourke’s is a beautiful winery. They have live music on Sundays.
They have the most expensive wine tasting of all of the wineries we visited to my knowledge, but the samples were generous sizes.
The only problem with this winery is it took us 45 minutes to an hour to complete our tasting, and our designated driver got an empty glass without any liquid put in it. All other wineries took about 20 minutes for the tasting.
However, one of the servers gave us a fifth sample. He realized how long we had been waiting. We appreciated the compensation without even asking for it.

Beautiful inside and out. Ample servers, quickly seated. Reservations absolutely recommended. It was full. Children welcomed.
Had misters in one area only – if sitting outside with the present heat- ask ahead of time. Patio area is lovely with a great orchard setting. Asun does shine directly on the patio in some areas and it appeared difficult to get umbrellas to create shade from the way the sun was shining. If heat/sun is a challenge best to ask ahead to be in the more shaded areas. Had live music – entertaining- not too loud but loud enough.
Menu is not extensive but a great variety of options.
We had pizza which was delicious.
Several wines to choose from – also had a nice cider not sweet but not totally dry.
Similar pricing to other wineries.
Overall- a great place to have a night out.

One of our latest experiences had us tasting with Josh. He far exceeded any wine tour in the Okanagan region. Not only did he know his wine, he was passionate about showing you it. He made it interesting and eager to learn more.

Not sure why my pineapple had zero flavor. Kind of sketchy when your vegetables or fruit are missing the reason why I added them. Breadsticks were hard, not nearly enough marinara for how many sticks were in the box, definitely not worth the $30+ that I paid & very disappointed in taste. Will not be ordering from here again. Why doesn’t the pineapple have flavor? I paid extra for these toppings. They should be included if there is no flavor…….

Saw a deal on line for a $6 meal deal. Burger. drink, fries and sundae. Drove drown and ordered it when I got to the window to pay it as 2 cheese burgers. I told the gentleman I had ordered the $6 meal deal. He tells me it’s $8. I said on line it says $6. He says it’s $8 all over. He says show me. I have a flip phone so I head home and print it off the website and take it back to show him. When he sees it his comment was must be old look a the cost of another item. I said it’s on your website now. He says it’s $8 dollars. I just showed him and he is calling me a liar. I told him I would not be back and his response was “good have a nice day” I did not swear at him or yell but was poed and I will not be back to that establishment again. i don’t want a free burger or anything but teach your employees some manners. Upon getting our dipped cone and two blizzards, all three ice creams were dripping so bad they melting all over my leg and onto my seat and my phone!!!! NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!! They were Not previously tipped upside down as usual, otherwise they would’ve fallen out of the trays, due to being so melted.. it was awful!! How can you feel good about serving such horrible quality?? On a hot day I can see this and after maybe 5 mins in my vehicle but this unacceptable!! I ended up having to throw my ice cream cone out as it was dripping excessively! I couldn’t eat it quick enough, what a disappointment!! After sitting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes only to receive poor quality and no previous explanation!! Not impressed!!

Oh my gosh, we absolutely LOVED this place! We are super picky and just moved to Lake Country from Vancouver where there is a plethora of wonderful Chinese restaurants and this was equally as good as anything we have had there perhaps even more. We had hot and sour soup, szechuan beef, chicken chow mein and ma-po tofu. We loved every dish and can’t wait to go back and try more. So happy to find an amazing Chinese restaurant in our new hood!

This is the second time we ordered from Canadian Two Four One and this is the second time the screwed up our order. Last time they forgot toping and did not do a well done crispy crust. The pizza was also stone cold upon delivery. We called the mgr who said he would give us a credit for a free pizza next time. This time, we called in an order but no record of a credit, Al though the guy did give us half off this time. But they showed up 15 minutes early so we were not yet home from work. As such, the pizza was again stone cold. In addition, they did not do crispy well done crust. Time to look elsewhere for a new pizza provider.

Lovely spot- this was a particularly friendly and congenial Timmie’s, with the staff going out of their way to be accommodating, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, but efficient, with the employees managing to keep things moving along quickly without any trouble.
It’s a typical Timmie’s with all the usual baked goods and variations of coffee and tea, so nothing exceptional here, but I did enjoy the calm, the beautiful spot in the morning sunlit window, and the cleanliness of the premises.
Overall, I’d say this location was one or two steps above many others in this franchise that I’ve visited over the years.

Extremally rude staff and unprofessional.
They treated me like as if this Tim Horton is not in Canada. No wonder why total rating is 2.8. Tim Horton Head office is sleeping. I went though the complaints and everyone has exactly same problem. Drive Through is horrible. They don’t get the order right and once you are coming to pay, they give you attitude that you didn’t order it right and ask you move your car because they need to serve the customer behind you. Very cheap service and I don’t think this cafe will remain for long if the head office didn’t fix the owner’s behavior regarding their customer service.
I feel good that it is not only me who was treated poorly.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two drinks and two wraps. I received one drink at first but realized it was wrong. Handed it back to the worker who put it with the rest of the drinks to be served to the customers behind us in the drive through. I thought this was odd as it should have gone right into the garbage. They hand us the right drinks and then a bag of food which was not what we ordered. We informed the worker who got the manager and they asked us to confirm our order. We asked if we could keep the food as it would go in the garbage anyway, she quickly and rudely said no but that was fine. I still saw the drink we had given back still sitting in the spot with other orders for behind us. Now this food has been touched by us and I felt something was off about this whole situation. So I crushed the food in the bag before handing it back as it was not appropriate to be served to the next customer. The manager was not happy about this and I said it’s going in the garbage anyway. She said thanks for helping me do my job and then called me inappropriate language and slammed the drive through window on us. I called corporate to make a complaint while sitting in the drive through. She finally came back after a few minutes with a piece of paper and the managers number while yelling at me. The corporate worker heard what was said and noted this also. I am waiting on a call from the district manager. The manager was completely inappropriate, disrespectful. I think this store should be shut down for trying to serve food that other customers have touched, it’s disgusting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

Very nice location. Small but classy menu. The quality and sophistication of the food is outstanding. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good to know: being located on a winery, they understandably serve their own wine only – they however have some nice older vintages. Overall, definitely a top pick in the wider area.

Place is stunning no question but that was about it. We did the elevated tasting for 2 and the other guests did the regular. We are members at 3 other wineries so it wasn’t our first time. Idea was let’s sample it all to see what is good and what is not as we don’t make it to this side often. Wine is acquired taste if you love dry wine this is your place. The main issue is our host was cold, no smile really made the experience unpleasant and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. ( This is no reflection of the host) he was lovely just the person serving us, middle age blonde. There are plenty of places in the area so if you live the views go here but expect a cold stark presence.

This winery is absolutely stunning 🤩. We did the essential wine tasting for $8 and tasted 5 wines. This winery is more on the white wine side then red. But overall the tasting was great. Afterwords we went to the restaurant. In the tasting room we were told it’s happy hour but when we got to the restaurant they weren’t too happy to give us happy hour menus. The hostess told us happy hour is only in the outdoor seating and the bar but we were seated at the kind of inside seating. They moved us to the bar with rude faces and were little snarky about it. It was 33•c outside and we were sat in front of the flaming hot pizza oven. My boyfriend and I were melting. The food was good but way over price. The oysters on the happy hour menu were more expensive then on the real menu. But over all the winery was great but the restaurant I do think Id go to again.

Let me begin by stating that the food here is decent, but the reviews left by others left me feeling grossly underwhelmed.
When we arrived in the morning, there was already a considerable wait to get a table. We were asked to provide a phone number and then browsed the tourist trap gift shop that was connected to the restaurant. After fifteen or so minutes we were called and were able to sit down.
I ordered the Jammery favorite, a dish that more or less was a sampler of a few different items and a coffee. The food was good, but it also wasn’t anything to write home about.
For two people, our bill was just over 60 dollars including the tip. This was for two breakfasts, and two coffees. For simple waffles, hash browns, eggs and bacon, I guess I was just expecting more, as I can name several places that serve similar quality (or better) breakfast for half the price. I did notice a lot of tourists, so I have the feeling that we might not be their target demographic being locals.
In summary, this isn’t a bad restaurant. It’s clean, and the food is good, but in my opinion it was nothing other than ordinary at a premium cost.

We went for our first time on a Monday morning around 11:00am. We got a table right away and didn’t have to wait even though it was pretty busy. Waiter was quick to come to take our drink and food orders, however food took quite awhile to arrive to our table (understandably). When it did arrive, the two kids meals were brought first, which was appreciated, but no cutlery for another 10 or so minutes, and took awhile for drink refills at that point too. When our meals came, we only received a tiny serving (1 Tbsp each) of ketchup and jam. The waiter did bring a bottle of ketchup when asked but there wasn’t really enough jam for the 4 pieces of toast with each meal, plus for a jam making place, we weren’t given a choice for jam flavours. We got apple cinnamon, which was really good – however it would have been nice with at least maybe 2 choices instead of just being given one, as well as a larger serving size of the jam itself. Only a very thin layer could be applied to each piece of toast to make sure there was enough to go around. .
The food was really good and serving size was decent, but for the price ($20+ Per adult breakfast meal – I had a breakfast scramble and my husband had a traditional breakfast with eggs, toast, breakfast meat), and the experience that it was, I’m not so sure I’d be back as a first stop place.
It’s good to try once for sure, and check the gift shop after, because that was pretty awesome in itself.

Best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Yummy! Got it for the 1st time today. This is by far the yummiest and most fulfilled I’ve been from pizza. Especially after a good a joint!

Terrible service. Ordered two different pizzas and received the wrong ones. I was expected to drive all the way back while my pizza gets cold and pick up the correct pizza or receive a discount next time I order. How about comping the next pizza? Wow I’m not going to rush back anytime soon.☹️
The owner reached out to me so I am changing my rating to 4 stars and I will give them another try. If the manager had handled the situation differently I would not have given them a one star.
